Mathura 2016.09.16 (VT): Indian government has awarded the General Manager of Mathura Refinery for promoting the national Language “Hindi”. Raj Bhasha Vibhag (department of Official language) presented Mr. S.M. Vaidya (GM at Mathura Refinery) with “Raj Bhasha Kirti Puraskar”. The award was handed over by President Pranab Mukherjee during the Hindi Diwas celebration in New Delhi, yesterday.
Dr. Vageesh Dutt Gautam (Senior Manager Corporate Communications and CSR at Mathura Refinery) and Secretary Narakas were also awarded during the celebration. Mathura Refinery bagged the award for its social projects in the Hindi specking States of India.
Mathura Refinery got the award for following the norms laid by Indian Government, in the year 2015-2016. Mr. S.M. Vaidya was selected for the highest honour of the Hindi Diwas for being leading the Hindi projects of the refinery in Hindi speaking states. Home Minister Rajnath Singh was also present during the ceremony.
